This non personal tactic of sending calls overseas instead of being able to reach someone at an actual location is sad and shameful. When has been too much for people to be able to answer calls at a store that sells electronics? Best Buy probably will stay in business for a very long while but this will be my last purchase through them.

I would’ve given this a one star, but I don’t want to punish the employees that were not involved. It was Black Friday 2024. The ps5 pro was released just before this date. At the time it was priced at $699.99. I walked in around the very moment they opened that morning. I walked in and found a nice hdmi cord and then asked for the pro. An employee walked me to the display case and said that they had them up front near the register. I asked the register employee if he could grab me a ps5 pro. (Now understand that everyone working there was stressed to the bone) Understandable. He brings me a ps5 pro from behind this tall rack they had in the back and it looked like it was run over by a truck. The box was opened. It was dirty. I said no. I’m not buying that. I want a NEW ps5 pro. The manager walked up because he overheard the conversation and said that they had to get rid of these ones first. I said no. I said there’s Brand New Ps5 Pros in that display case right there. Why can’t I have one of those? He walked away frustrated. The cashier just sat there looking confused and walks back to the rack and grabs ANOTHER busted up looking ps5 pro. He said this one is better. It wasn’t. The

Tristan was super cool! It was my first time buying a laptop and he explained everything I needed to know. He was patient and very attentive! I also had geek squad bypass a hiccup for me no problem. Amazing, fast service! (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)

My daughters TV that I bought her for Christmas broke so I took it into Best Buy geek squad to see if they could fix what was wrong with it, it was making a horrible screeching sound any time you turned it on. It sounded like it was haunted. Anyway, they shipped it out, it couldn’t be fixed so it had to be replaced, they gave me a store credit for the price I paid for the tv and the protection I bought on it, but that was a Black Friday price. Trystan and Trey made it right and got me the same exact tv for the price I originally paid for it with the protection back on it. They went above and beyond. Great employees and definitely made my day and my daughters day now she can watch tv in her room and I get my living room back haha.

Geek Squad was finally successful the second trip. The first guy thought my device was defective, but it seemed to be sporadically working. Jesse, the second young man totally solved the problem after he had to investigate just HOW to activate my device. Yay! Much appreciated‼️I did NOT have to ship my item back. It WAS okay and is now working. YAY‼️Thanks Jesse‼️👍😁
